Curled into her usual spot in her father's office, Bridget had her Defense book propped open on her lap, though she wasn't reading it, not really. She was trying not to think about her Charms essay. Her grade wasn't bad per se, but she wasn't exactly happy with the mark she'd received. She really ought to speak with the professor.
Her eyes drooped shut for a few moments before she forced herself awake again. She had Astronomy at midnight and even though she was dead tired, she still had to go. Peeking out over the back of the large chair, she studied her father for a moment, debating if she should ask to stay home tonight.
