James wasn't sure he'd agree that it was 'lucky' that neither of them had been there to see their sons grow up. But he certainly felt the absurdity of the situation, and could share Remus's pleasure over the fact that both their sons had turned out so well in spite of everything.
"How mental is it that my son had a hand in the raising of yours?" He laughed. Though secretly he was proud to know that an older Remus had been close enough to Harry to name James's son godfather to his own.
He jerked his head in Sirius's direction with a smile. "Let's do, Moony old friend. I want to hear about this project of yours, and I'm guessing Padfoot could use a rescue."
