"Not long," she lied, smiling when she realised her stomach felt more settled. It wasn't rolling as it had been for the past hour. "Literary characters? Christ, most people your age don't even read books in my world unless they have to for a course or lesson. Not when there's TV, internet and films to distract them. Bet you looked very dashing, however. Which one were you?"
