Allison snorted and gave the man a skeptical look. "Why would I not want to live with five good-looking men?" she asked. "But as for my objections, I doubt you can handle them. Your son couldn't and I even have a bit of a crush on him so I'd be more disposed to agree with him."
She crossed her arms, not giving him a smile. In fact she was giving him her patented solicitor's 'don't give me that bollocks' face. "Mr. Potter... How would you like to be transported out of everything you know, feel like the odd one out because you can't disappear on cue, and then rely on other people to take you here, there and everywhere? I don't want people having to ferry me about, I don't want them indisposed, I don't want them feeling obliged to take me places."
Allison shook her head. "Healer Nott is overseeing everything. A medical trainee isn't the same, is it? I'd rather stay here, I really would. As for Voldemort- He didn't seem to hurt me last time, just made me- Well, I had to give a letter to James, didn't I?" she said.
His last words made her glare as he touched a nerve. "I told James that I should be tagged or tracked so you can find me if he does take me somewhere. So don't give me any blackmailing bullshit about my son or about your son- It's not my fault I'm here away from my son, it's not my fault that Toby doesn't know where I am or why. None of this is my fault so you can keep your 'handling your objections' to youself and leave me the fuck alone. I'm staying here and I no longer want to discuss any of this with you."
