"I don't know to be honest," he pulled a stool up and sat next to Juniper. "It's been a few weeks. We keep missing each other. His standard work hours and my eccentric ones just haven't jived lately. How's the old bloke doing?"
Alistair reached to rub his leg. "ALL sugar? I'm surprised we still have teeth."
