"I'm very stubborn. It's why I'm so awesome," she informed him with a bright smile. "I get that but, James, if they don't have anybody here to run tests on then a solution is going to be very long in the making. I also don't have any magic and can't get back and forth here. You have a job to go to so it's easier for all of us if I stay here."
She smiled even though she didn't know if she'd keep her memory or not. "Really? You promise you'll come and visit me? I want a promise," she said, her eyes bright with amusement.
"Oi," she said, giggling. "You do. I've not seen any girls come here looking for you, monk man."
