Theodore read the letter, then handed it back. "He enclosed the same one I see," he commented. "He is obviously eager for you to read it." And he was curious though he did not say as much.
"Could it be a title of the Blacks or Malfoys?" he asked. "Something he'd know. Or something concerning the last war?" He then shrugged. "He's only a teenager this time around, I guess it's to be expected that he acts accordingly."
Personally he'd be doing everything in his power to get that letter open, but then Scorpius wasn't his son and while he cared about the boy in a general sense (so close to Charlotte in age as he was) he did not see a reason to push. It would be very different if it was Stephen or Charlotte. He'd do anything to save either of them, and spoiled children could throw tantrums. This one could throw very dangerous tantrums indeed.
