James looked at Chris and raised an eyebrow. "Are you always this sensitive? God, how did you survive school? You wouldn't have lasted two days in Gryffindor," he said with a smirk. "When you irritate me, you'll know."
He shrugged. "It wasn't a bother." The kid wasn't bad, at least he didn't want to bang his head against the wall like Malfoy did, but Chris needed to grow some balls or his grandparents would be the least of his problem. "You're free to drop by when you want, I told you, and I'll let Ben know you were here."
