Decree Authorising the Use of the Killing Curse:

It is decreed that all Aurors, Hit Wizards and Unspeakables are herein authorised to use the Killing Curse on Tom Riddle, aka Lord Voldmort, aka the Dark Lord, aka You Know Who, aka He Who Shall Not Be Named. This authorisation shall be in place regardless if the Auror, Hit Wizard or Unspeakable is on duty or not.

No Auror, Hit Wizard or Unspeakable will be prosecuted for any accidental deaths resulting from an encounter with Tom Riddle.

It is also decreed that all Aurors, Hit Wizards and Unspeakables are herein authorised to use the Killing Curse on any werewolf who attacks a wizard or witch. This authorisation shall be in place regardless if it's the full moon or not, and regardless if the Auror, Hit Wizard or Unspeakable is on duty or not.

	Scorpius, I suggest you speak to your father if you were asleep during History class. I'm sure he can give you very good reasons why he might want to go after any of us. 	Grandmother, I do know the family history. I was referring to anything that happens now. If he threatens our family or makes a move in any way, I don't want to be left in the dark for my protection. You will know what we know. I don't believe that lying will be beneficial.

You are also used to having your own way, which I don't usually mind, but it will not be acceptable this time. Both you and James Potter will need to follow special rules to ensure your safety. I'm simply pointing out that whether you like them or not, they will be enforced.
