"I'd be lying if I said you didn't have that going for you as well," Jake told Chris, eyeing the wizard up and down. "But mostly, I'm hungry." He grinned.
He walked into the kitchen after Chris and then leaned against a counter. "Cute place you have here. Reminds me of the first flat I had when I left home," Jake admitted, though Chris' flat was much more cleaner than his had been when he was Chris' age. "Wine would be nice, yes. Thank you."
Jake crossed his legs at the ankle. "Doing well. A patient of mine was released after nearly dying, so I'm in fairly good spirits. But, that's all I can really say about that. What sort of toppings are you putting on the pizza?"
