"Well then," he said, relaxing a bit now that he knew she'd had to tell the truth. "What's your name?" he asked, following up with several other questions. "How did you get into the castle? What date do you think it is? How old are you? When were you born? Who are the members of your family?"
It was all standard questions, but important. She couldn't be who she said she was, it was impossible. So why was it he was actually starting to believe her?
