"And they say evolution takes millions of years," Ari teased playfully. And it wasn't as though she hadn't seen her share of bullies come through the classes, so she could definitely relate to the irritation factor. She'd also heard a story or two, and she'd seen an instance or two herself when she'd had the questionable fortune to be in their vicinity when something happened.
Exhaling, she leaned back slightly, one foot tapping the air over the edge of the table. She wondered if everyone had covered everything they'd wanted to ... for the ones that weren't here, she supposed they could spread the word around.
She was glad to see though that most everyone present seemed to be firmly in the same camp. It was reassuring that they could present a united front.
Ash chuckled softly, but she was feeling somewhat better about things. Better than she had since the funeral, at any rate. They'd be all right. However things went, they'd pull together and do just fine.
Greyblue eyes shifted toward the others present, but she was content enough to leave them to their own conversations.
