Neville smirked in spite of himself and shook his head a little bit. "Apart from the 'snootiness' anyway... I'm thinking this may just be a publicity stunt. I don't know why they're leaving her so open for criticism though." Leaning on the edge of another nearby table, Neville mused out loud, hoping he wasn't the only one thinking this. "Why would a possible Headmistress need a tour of the school she's supposed to be running? She was schooled here of course, but that was a while ago."
He wished he was better at weedling out tactics in this case.
"I'm sure the press is ready to fire away at me when they have the chance too." Neville was expecting to read that he was no better than Astoria when it came to being a pureblood... but still, most of his friends were either half-blood or muggle born, even Hannah and both his children were half-bloods also. Even so, Neville thought the matter of blood didn't matter at Hogwarts; if you had magical talent, then you had a right to learn how to hone and control those talents. But that didn't mean he didn't expect it to be an issue.
"I really just want to hear what she has to say for herself. About the students, classes, changes, anything. I want to know that the kids will still receive the education they deserve and not have biased ideals pushed upon them." Neville was staring at Abraxan as he spoke absently, but looked up afterwards at Ashley and Ari.
