"Well I admit I'm not innocent, though I'm hurt that you doubt I'm cute," Minerva shot back, pouting slightly. "And I was only making small chatter to be friendly, since I know what it's like to get pissed on firewhiskey and regret it the next morning."
Minerva smirked. "Hence the not so good little girl. Not innocent. Not by a long shot."
His words next to her ear made a shiver go through her, and not entirely the good kind. But there was something alluring about this Atlas bloke and his story was a very creative one.
She looked and saw Ben giving her a glance and Minerva gave him a reassuring smile back. She could handle this guy, her smile said.
"Maybe you should worry about me. I'm not exactly a good girl," she murmured back, then pushed him back gently with the palm of her hand.
