Drabbles day 6
PROMPT: Sirius/Remus - Drunken Nights
”Moony?” Sirius' voice was slurred and slow.
“Yes, Pads?” Remus smiled, laying back on the floor, bottle in hand. His eyes were half closed but he was smiling.
“I don’t feel so good.”
Remus moved, rolled over to the side, but regretted it as the world started spinning. “You better not throw up,” he warned, though he looked concerned. Sirius however shook his head, then started to laugh.
“The world is spinning, Moony,” he snickered – no giggled. The sound belong with a little girl not a twenty year old guy.
“I thought you weren’t feeling good.”
“I wasn’t. Now I'm good again.” Remus looked confused, but as he opened his mouth to ask, Sirius had moved with surprising agility and pressed his lips against his.
“You’re drunk,” Remus said.
“So are you,” Sirius giggled.
“Moony?”
“Yes, Pads?”
“I’ve wanted to do that for a while.”
Remus blushed, looking down, murmuring to himself. “So have I.”
PROMPT: Regulus/Prongs - Dust in the Wind
James Potter really was an arrogant Prat, Regulus thought as he watched him fly alone at the Quidditch Pitch. Even when his brother weren’t around to see he showed off when he flew. Ridiculous and completely Gryffindorish.
Regulus watched, leaning against the goal post, hoping he’d crash and die.
“Like watching, Black?”
Regulus fixed him with a stare, not moving. “You didn’t fall off and you didn’t die, so no.” The arrogant prat just kept smiling.
“Why do you hate me so much, Black?” he asked, stepping closer, no respect for personal space.
“We’d be here all day if I answered that,” he answered. “But for start, you’re arrogant without a reason to be, you have no respect for anyone or anything, not to mention the part where you robbed my brother of his family,” he said calmly.
“Your brother made his own choice.” Regulus just snorted at that, but he didn’t move as Potter moved closer still, so close that he could taste his breath in the air. Potter grinned triumphantly. “Why aren’t you moving if you hate me so much?” he asked as he closed the distance, catching Regulus’ lips in a kiss.
Regulus smirked, letting the kiss go on just for a second before pushing Potter away. When he did it was his turn to smile triumphantly. “Maybe I just wanted to know what my brother thought was so special that leaving his family was worth it,” he said. “Or maybe I just wanted to see how loyal you really are.”
He was still feeling pleased as he walked away, though Potter wouldn’t have realised why. But then he hadn’t known that Sirius had been on the other side of the pitch the entire time, waiting, watching. It wasn’t as good as Potter falling to an early death, but it was a start of getting his brother back.
