Hello everyone! I'm Callie, new here, and bringing in my first character....Miss Rose Weasley!
Rose is basically very much her mother's daughter. Like Hermione, she's incredibly smart, and is always trying to learn more or do more in order to better her knowledge. Unlike her mum, however, she is less 'in your face' about what she knows. And also like her mother, she is extremely hard working and driven, and can be rather hard on herself if she fails or gets something wrong. She's quieter than most Gryffindors, though by no means timid or shy. She merely prefers to observe rather than be in the spotlight, but if she gets close to you then she will let herself open up and become more vibrant and outgoing. Rose is calm and demure, very polite in how she behaves, so even when she's telling you how smart she is...she makes sure your feelings aren't hurt in the process. She is a very down to earth, sweet, gentle girl; though that doesn't mean she won't stick up for herself if she feels she's being wronged or someone she knows is being hurt. Rose doesn't have a volatile temper, but if you do manage to make her angry, she is quite able to hold a grudge.
Right now, she works in Gryffin's Nest as a clerk, but would LOVE to own her own book store someday. Family is very important to Rose, so she would try to keep in close contact with all of her cousins and whatnot. She adores watching Quidditch, but has no desire to play herself. The game is enjoyable to her, though, so she goes to many matches and will put it on the telly if she can.
I'm open to any plot ideas for her really! I'd like to talk to her brother's player about their relationship and get opinions there, and I'd assume she's very close to whatever cousins would feel the same way. Anyone wanting to offer friends, exes, possibly enemies(though Rose is telling me she has none) are all welcome as well! I am online pretty much everyday, and on EST. I work until 4, but due to a knee injury, I'm basically home and on the computer until wee hours of the morning after that. So feel free to comment here, or IM me on AIM at booo biscuit.
