| 9:43a | Some books I highly recommend Carlton Mellick III - Sex and Death in Television Town is a wild ride through a symbolistic wild west full of surreal imagery and just pure strangeness. Edit of Doom: I'm not sure what Genre to call this. They tend to call it Bizzarro genre. I think of it as surrealist sci-fi fantasy. Jeff Noon - Needle in the Groove is an amazing trip of musical history and other such things. In some ways formulaic in other ways mind blowing. Noon is one of my favorite authors and it's unfortunate that it's harder to get his books here in the US. Edit of Doom: Sci-fi, but not your typical sci-fi in the least. If you like music you should read this book. Current Mood:  good |
