"Please, have a seat," Narcissa replied, feeling it would be inhospitable to plunge into the business end of things right away. She took a seat at the lunch table after Glinda had. Placing her napkin on her lap, Narcissa glanced over the lunch (nothing fancy by her standards, just chicken with Marsala wine sauce and a balsamic vinaigrette salad) to make sure everything was where it should be. Now for business.
"Perhaps you've heard of my parties," Narcissa began. The 'perhaps' really wasn't necessary. Anyone who hadn't been living under a rock had heard about Narcissa Malfoy's events, which were the highlight of society. It was a dream of many to garner an invitation.
"I prefer it when they serve as fundraisers- the last one was for St. Mungo's. That way people can have fun while contributing to a worthwhile cause... such the Campaign for Greater Freedom for Wizards. I was hoping I could convince you to speak at my next gala."
