Remus is sitting with the Marauders & co., likely next to Marlene even though he'd not want to sit near Dorcas. He will not be talking about the anonymous notes he's been getting at the meeting. He's also calmed down a lot, but he'll still be a little short with the Ravenclaws (save Emmeline), but he won't be instigating anything, especially not with Dumbledore there.
He wants to talk about training. Remus feels like they should be doing more of it in a more structured manner, but it's hard to make a schedule with people working different hours, on top of patrol shifts. He says he can't do this on his own, and would like help in trying to figure out the best training plan for everyone to work on their strengths, while helping others with their weaknesses. With the place they have set up for training, they should be making more use of it. He also asks about patronuses, because he remembers they were discussed a while ago, and thinks the topic should be revisited for training everyone to learn how to cast them.
Remus, too, agrees with Agnes and Sirius on being more proactive. Sitting around waiting for the Death Eaters to strike first isn't doing much of anything. He suggests more fliers along the lines of the ones they have put out before -- perhaps something of an underground newspaper of sorts, for people who don't know of Resistance Radio, or don't have access to listen to it. Something that tells the full, complete truth, to be spread around as many magical towns and villages as possible. The more people are educated with what's really going on -- what the Ministry hides or can't confirm, and the Death Eaters try to cover up -- the better they should be able to protect themselves.
As for something more aggressive, Remus says the Ministry can't arrest people without evidence, and are held back from just raiding people's homes at will, and well -- the Order isn't (... kind of). They need to start finding and reporting evidence so they can actually get these people arrested, else they're going to keep killing people.
