Mary was a former Hufflepuff. She was rather warm and receptive, especially in one-on-one meetings or in small, comfortable groups. Though she had been attacked twice by Death Eaters and it had greatly affected her, she was still cordial, especially with familiar people. That and she did enjoy the looks she produced from Tom, the bartender, for she was quite convinced that Tom didn't expect Mary to show up at all. It wasn't that Mary wasn't a drink (which she really wasn't, but that was besides the point), but it appeared to be something between Riley and Tom.
Mary blushed deeply as she spun to show Riley and Tom her lovely blue dress. It wasn't that she was trying to dress to impress, she simply liked to dress up- and it gave her an excuse to do so. She liked to look good and she was cute. It wasn't hard to see that Mary was an attractive girl, and she liked to show off just a little bit some of the time. "Oh stop," Mary replied still blushing a deep red. "I just threw this on. It's one of my favourite dresses.. and it's nice outside so I can wear it with a little shawl."
Mary looked down at the drink in her hand, blushing again. "Thank you! Are you sure?" she inquired as she shuffled the drink to her other hand. She set it down on the bar and adjusted herself on the stool. "I'm good, dear!" Mary exclaimed. "Busy with work and such, but that's to be expected. But enough about me! How are you, dear? What have you been up to lately?"
