Aberforth watched subtly as Lockhart got up and walked out of the pub. As soon as the door closed, he gestured to the two young lads he'd caught sight of earlier. They were just getting up when Abe heard the sound of someone apparating away just outside the pub. He waved the two lads back to their chairs then put the glass and rag down again carefully.
He leaned against the bar and slowly started laughing, quietly at first but it soon got louder until he had his forehead resting against his arm, his shoulders shaking with mirth. Really the whole thing had been utterly priceless and he was going to have to make sure he told Rhisiart, Marcus and Aknot about this. He'd have them absolutely howling with laughter.
He straightened up and wiped the tears away from his eyes. A quick look around the bar showed him that several of his patrons weren't in a much better state than he was. He should ask Lockhart to come back at some point. The Hog's Head hadn't had such fine entertainment in years.
