Ah, now Lockhart was starting to look like he might fit in here. The frown, the slouch, the vaguely sullen air... they were a better fit but he was still far too pretty to really fit in. Usually the only pretty ones they got in here were vampires and Aberforth had to quickly squelch the mad idea of somehow getting Rhisiart here in the next five minutes. Rhisiart could give this... child lessons in both pretty and languid. He did it better too.
Aberforth felt a touch of triumph surge through him at Lockhart's tentative offer. Good, he was getting bored and uncertain. He'd obviously never really haggled before. Aberforth had on occasion spent nearly an hour haggling over prices. Patience was always a virtue.
