A Note Concerning Wards Guests should arrive between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm with their invitation in order to gain admittance to the party, and should not attempt to leave early without informing one of the hosts. This is a necessary security feature, so ignore these instructions at your peril. Thank you! The Timeline Arrivals and Socialising begin; 6:00 pm Dancing; 6:30 pm Dinner; 8:00 pm Dancing resumes; 11:00 pm Fireworks; 12:00 am 6:00 pm; Invited guests may enter the grounds of Malfoy Manor at this time. Lucius and Narcissa recieve guests in the foyer, and after that, there are several areas for guest perusal until the dancing begins. Some of the larger parlours are opened, as well as the gardens. Hors d'œuvres Served both indoors and outdoors, by waiters hired for the occasion
6:30 pm; The ballroom is opened! Dance cards are provided for all the ladies, and the musicians will play without break until dinner is served at eight. Parlours and the garden remain open as well.
Dinner; 8:00 pm Dinner is served in a large dining room near the ballroom, and the musicians follow to play while guests dine. Tables hold between six and eight guests, and it is recommended to adhere to the seating chart. Courses are served at leisurely intervals, and the staff of waiters ensure that all dietary needs are met. Books are also available for select guests (Rodolphus and Corbina)

12:00 am; The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks display! Guests are invited to step onto the terrace or out into the gardens to view the fireworks. Heating charms have been cast to make the temperature more comfortable, and the peacocks are no longer out and about.
