Who: Anybody who wants to come to the party, I guess!
Year: 2036
Location: Sommer house (Hunter & Sera's/formerly Michelle's)
Elyza usually hated it when her mother went away for work, it usually meant several days of Hunter turning a blind eye to the madness that Sera usually prevented, and ended with her and Bernie being terrorized by older sisters and various visiting cousins who often saw their opportunity and took it, until Sera came back. But when both of her mothers went away together for a weekend, that was a little better.
She still got picked on, but they also had the giant Sommer house to themselves and free reign to do whatever they wanted while their parents were gone. Hunter let them get away with a lot, but she was also a twoface with a habit of ratting them out to Sera in the end anyway, often casually. With them gone, she just had to duck Adrienne all weekend and then Tay if she came over, and then she could do stuff like having the gang over to play Playstation on the big TV, or get away with eating Hot Pockets in her underwear on the living room couch, in like the middle of the day.
And throw parties. When Sera and Hunter were away, that was the best time to throw a good party. No parents to embarrass them, or say no, or tell them what to do or when to send people home. They could do whatever they wanted, really, which was exactly how Elyza liked it; no rules.
Technically, yeah, this was kind of Adrienne's party and there were a bunch of her loser fucking older kid friends there.. but Adrienne had said Elyza could also invite her little loser friends if she stayed out of the way. Elyza would rather be anywhere except where her older sister was, so that was just fine with her. The mutual agreement to stay out of each other's way worked just fine for her and honestly, Bernie would just hide in her room like a little mouse with the other social rejects and stay out of everybody's way so that was even better.
Once the party got into full swing, Elyza was pretty sure that there were a ton of people there that neither she nor Adrienne had even invited, but whatever. It always happened like that when the Sommer kids threw a party and word got around, for better or worse.
