Oh a fight would have been perfectly fine for Clark but the last thing he wanted to do was waste his time. Why should he get outed before finding the hottest woman in the bar and taking her away for a night that she'd never forget? Of course he was a bit cocky but what man with the stamina, strength, and overall physique of his wouldn't have a bit of excess confidence. Whatever was rolling through his blood was only spurring him to portray that bullet-proof feeling that he felt deep inside.
If Faith had told him no then it would have been as simple as taking his drink and moving on. Of course he hated when women said no but there were so many here that it would be easy to find one to say yes. He wasn't looking for anything more then a night of fun. He wasn't looking for numbers or anything like that. Although if he found a woman he thought was good there was always a chance for a repeat performance.
"Oh I can do crass, but it's more fun if there's the illusion that I'm not going to get it," he couldn't help himself but to like this woman a bit already. She was putting it out there like he was hoping to find. As long as she wasn't a tease like so many women were these days then they could have a lot of fun tonight. She had the bust and the ass that he was looking for as well so she was the perfect combination as far as he was concerned.
He followed her with a hand resting on her lower back so that he wouldn't lose her but it would move lower once they got hot and heavy on the floor. "I don't know what you're used to, but I promise I've got more then any man you've ever met," and with that he was ready to go. Dancing wasn't something he had done a lot of but he had fluidity in his motions from the years of fighting. He'd just let his body take control and work with the music. There was no need for any fancy moves, he wasn't Justin Timberlake or anything.
