"Why would I do a thing like that? Takes half the fun out of life." She could feel herself relaxing, glad he didn't seem to find anything strange about them talking after so long. But then, he hadn't been back that last year of school, so maybe it was just that he was a little removed from it all, too. "Bastard better get Azkaban for life after that stunt he pulled. I was sick for a bloody week after standing around in the rain for so long."
Lisa leaned back a bit in her chair and relaxed as Stephen went to get her drink. He chatted with Isaac briefly, and she smiled and cocked an eyebrow at the bartender when he looked over at her. She had to admit it had been pretty hard to keep her mind off of him this week, but then last weekend had been a bloody good time after she'd gotten past what had happened with Aja. And now that her roommate was home again and seemingly back to her normal schedule, despite being ill, Lisa had thought of a few possibilities where Isaac was concerned.
Hopefully he'd be up for the challenge.
"That's the one," she said, grinning as Stephen came back, carrying her ale. She reached for it, nodding her thanks, then took a long drink. Bloody good stuff, that. "So I think we've established what you do for a living these days. And what I do, for that matter. Does the MLE give its finest any time for recreation, or have you had to forgo all rousing Quidditch debates for good? Or literary ones, for that matter."
