"Well, you know how it is when you're ordering take-away on a practically empty stomach," Charlie returned with an easy smile. He leaned forward, intent on doing the most natural thing in the world: to kiss her cheek hello. He only realised at the very last possible moment what he was doing, however, and managed to turn it into a rather clumsy, one armed hug. He almost apologised for it, but decided against it. No need to call any more attention to it than he already had, he felt.
"I hope Chinese works for you. There's a rather good Muggle place down the way from my flat. They actually deliver the food to your door. Not as quick as a Floo delivery, certainly, but still..." He smiled at her. "I brought some wine, and they had these odd sort of cola drinks, too. I wasn't really certain which one you might want, so...I bought a few different ones."
