"And that was the Weird Sisters with their latest hit, 'On the Tip of My Wand.' Don't forget that tickets for their November show in Canterbury go on sale tomorrow, ladies and gents.
"In other news, the Department of Hazardous Magical Disease Control released a statement late today advising the magical public of a surge in unexplained flu-like illnesses that has raised some concerns at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries in recent weeks. While the scope of the illness is yet unknown, Norman Skandle, the Director in Chief of Healing Arts has stated that the most prevalent symptoms include chills, fever, nausea, and erratic or unpredictable magic. If you are currently experiencing these symptoms and have not yet been diagnosed otherwise, he recommends that you see your family Healer immediately.
"Additionally, the HMDC advises witches and wizards with no pressing need to be in public to stay in the comfort of their own homes until the manner of contagion and scope can be determined. This is simply a precaution, as current known cases have not reached epidemic level. However, extra precautions in all such matters will ultimately reduce those cases as well.
"Up next stay tuned for more music from the Wild Wondrups, Lively Covington, and Jessica H."
