She'd seen the lead up to this moment, had known all along things where headed that way, but Lisa still allowed herself a moment of excitement as Isaac reached for her hand. She was experienced enough, but it wasn't just any guy who made it to this point, and she liked it that way. But alongside the excitement, there was something else. Was it...hesitation?
Lisa stepped up to him and slipped an arm around his bare waist, breathing deeply. It had been awhile. Too long. And god, she couldn't think of a better way to wind up an already pleasant evening. But, well, she liked Isaac. Flying, talking, joking, flirting...that feeling of comfort and familiarity that she couldn't quite explain. It seemed a shame to throw that away on something more fleeting. But she couldn't tear herself away now.
"Just so we're clear. I don't do relationships. I have friends, and I have shags, and I try not to let them overlap." Her hand skimmed across the damp skin of his back as she looked up at him. "But I don't really feel like choosing right now."
