Isaac laughed, an up-from-the-gut laugh. "I wouldn't go that far," he said, still laughing. Lisa was feisty and had a sense of humour he could appreciate. He knew she was joking, but her facial expression was serious, and that only made him laugh more.
He shook his head, still surprised to speak to a bird who knew so much about professional Quidditch. Major turn on for him. "Yeah, Brannigan could have easily moved to the top but he was careless and took a Bludger to the shoulder." Isaac shrugged but found satisfaction in a good Beater's work. "I think MacNalley has a chance to surpass Brannigan now."
Isaac smirked at Lisa. "Yeah other things," he replied. "Why don't we test a few of those out, yeah?" She hooked her arm through his, and Isaac apparated them to his bedroom. It was the first time he was grateful for his brothers being such neat freaks. His room was clean--someone had made sure of that. He'd have to buy a pint for whomever it was later.
"Home sweet home," he said and gave her a moment to gather her bearings. "Want to get out of those clothes here or in the shower?"
