Liliana shook her head and rolled her eyes. The banter between the two was highly entertaining but it reminded her of her school years. They sure were bickering like they were that age. She pursed her lips as she looked over at Michael, "You'll survive. I'm sure there's plenty of girls who'd like you to share their flat," she grinned. His laissez-faire attitude towards women was something that didn't bother Liliana, although it was certainly in contrast to her personal approach.
She raised an eyebrow when Anthony hardly seemed enthused about his work. Or, maybe she was misinterpreting his response. "What are you doing now at work?" She hadn't heard much about his department.
Liliana nodded, sipping her wine as he asked. "It takes much more presence at my job than I ever really had at school," she said with some amusement. "At least, I think that's why they're surprised."
