"Didn't say that," Seamus laughed, happy he hadn't just snorted beer up his nose. "It's an in though, isn't it? Can't hurt any to sound smart about something that's actually interesting."
There had been times in the last year that Seamus had missed the fun he and Briony had had going through the new exhibits at the museum, making whispered commentary to each other in attempts to make one of them laugh at an entirely inappropriate volume. He wasn't sure if he missed the art, or having a girlfriend, but either way he wasn't about to set foot in the Tate Modern for a good long time.
