"Johnson, naturally." Terry rolled his eyes. "He was quick to let me know it was an accident, but his work area was no where near where Miss Sullivan stood. He would have needed to angle himself completely to the left to hit her. No accident in that."
Honestly, Terry thought the whole picking on the girl you fancied thing went out of fashion in about fourth year, if not before. It seemed not even Chad's looks and popularity could speed up his emotional development. Maybe he should just snog her and get it out of his system. Not that he would ever say that outloud.
