Eric smiled. He kissed him before leaping off the bed. Without looking back (because he wouldn't have the strength to leave), he walked out into the living room. He kicked back the rug and pulled the ring.
He didn't need candles. He poked through shelves of glass and plastic containers until he found plain, white, cotton rope.
