"Haven't got a library," he continued, "But I've got a fair few books if you want to read them. Or journals, really. I've got mostly things for what I'm working on." He figured he'd have to forgo the Demonstrattus and the reference works if he was going to go through with all of this, but really, who cared? He was going to commit a crime and actually subvert the regime in a somewhat noticeable way!
Running on pure adrenaline by now, Stephen grabbed Matthew by the arm and, with surprisingly little protest, dragged him outside. The sky had just grown dark by now, but Stephen didn't notice how terribly cold it had gotten (unseasonable for May) as he Disapparated. Thankfully, despite having had a few drinks, he had enough focus to get them both to Bognor Regis in one piece and open his wards with very little difficulty.
