Diana smiled back at James, relieved to see such an expression on his face. It had been such a long time since he'd genuinely smiled, and not merely grimaced until his mouth turned upward. She reached across to stroke his cheek, smiling even wider now. "Well, that's... interesting, at least!" she chirped out at his description of Aberforth.
And indeed, it was interesting, for she was starting to suspect she knew just who they were off to meet, now! A man old enough to have fought Grindelwald had spoken to her -- lectured her, rather -- over the linked journals. And... Albus Dumbledore's brother was certainly old enough to have fought Grindelwald -- even a much younger half-brother would have been, given Albus's advanced age at the time he fought the Dark Wizard! He had been over 60, after all! And this man -- Sir Anonymous, as she had dubbed him -- seemed wise beyond his years, as well...! Which would... certainly fit in with being Albus Dumbledore's brother!
Oh yes, she was certain now, that she was about to meet Sir Anonymous, and it made her... slightly hesitant, as James slung his arm about her shoulders. She would have been really quite keen to meet him, before they had gotten into it over the journals, about how she wasn't doing anything to defy the Death Eaters, and through her pacifism actually supporting them! As if she would support the men who screwed her so roughly!
She cringed slightly as she remembered her last message to Sir Anonymous, and how though she had repeatedly checked that page, he hadn't answered her. "Sweet, was that one rebel's message you answered... the one where he compared the resistance to a Hydra, by any chance...?"
