Carr heard...whatever the hell it was coming, so wasn't entirely surprised when the creature appeared in front of him, cackling madly. He bared his teeth, snarling with enough of a bass rumble to make it more than clear that he wasn't just a mundane, that he would have no trouble catching and killing it. His growl was mostly covered by the girl's curses, and he couldn't help but chuckle as she struggled with her skirt.
He approached, offering her a hand.
"You alright there, lass?" He asked, voice a humour-filled Scottish brogue. She practically crackled with magical energy; his beast rose in response, coiling within him, an invisible energy that flowed over his skin like warm fur.
