Julian relaxed a bit. "No," he said, smiling a bit again. "Not at all. There's some small game to hunt, and most of the people don't go out much after dark. Almost no one in the woods, and the teenagers and college crew keep to the edges of it when they do."
He did frown a bit, now that he thought of it. "I tend to stay to the west, though. Once you get east, over towards Trout Run, it's... different. Makes my hair stand on end. People say it's haunted down that way, some old hospital that burned down." Alright, he hadn't spent all that much time listening to the local legends. He just knew that the wolf side of himself wanted to steer wide and clear of that area.
His gaze turned eastward just thinking about it, one hand unconsciously reaching up to scratch at his right ear.
