Jo frowned and waited for Dean to open the door more fully. She didn't miss the tension in his face. Then again, she should have expected that. Molly being on edge combined with not exactly knowing what she could do didn't exactly make for a light mood in the room.
Well, it had been her choice to let Molly see what she could find out, not his.
"It's pretty late," she said to Dean. "You know it would be okay if you decided to go back to the room and get some sleep. I can always meet you there afterward."
She also wasn't too sure she wanted Dean around while she dealt with... whatever Molly might have to tell her.
Jo couldn't see Molly yet since the door was halfway open, though she assumed that was for Molly's benefit as well. She just hoped that the late hour hadn't made her even more skittish.
