Well, that answered that. She knew Cas, but it hadn't been him. Dean was officially adding him to the list of the disappeared.
The tone from the new chick was a little much. She sounded... Dean wasn't sure, but he thought annoyed covered it. He wasn't about to defend himself as to why he hadn't gone looking for Jo yet to a total stranger, even if she did know his currently non-existent daughter in the future. He opened his mouth to ask her who exactly she thought she was, and to ask what, in fact, her name was, and at the same time his eyes followed the girl's hand to the chain around her neck.
