Dean couldn't quite see what the girl was touching, what was on the necklace, but he got that wave of familiarity sweeping over him again. He'd have to get closer to her to see, and he felt like, since they'd just met, that would be weird.
He gave the kid a nod, and started for the door, past the blond girl. "Let's talk outside, Agent."
He fought back the urge to refer to her as agent Spears or Gibson. He didn't know what the girl's i.d. said and didn't want to fuck her over. The bell on the motel office door clicked and rang as he held the door open for her. Once they were outside, Dean answered her question.
"More than one person, actually. But right that second, girl named Ellen."
He knew that finding Harry should probably be taking priority, given Harry's power. Or Molly. Molly could go off like a weapon if she were pushed. But he was back to that goddamn problem he always had: family came first.
