The vampire watched as Dresden's amulet provided illumination to the engine. It wasn't particularly necessary, but Godric also realized the wizard was doing it for his own benefit. Not everyone could see in the dark, after all.
The duo peered into the engine together, two men joined in the camradrie of automotive intrigue. It was the closest Godric had come to feeling "normal" in centuries, and it was actually rather nice.
After a few seconds of studying what was in front of him, Godric pointed at the guts of the car.
"Now, I could be wrong...but it seems as though your radiator has died a most horrible death. Also, and despite your wizard status, I submit that the real magic present is the fact that this vehicle's alternator belt has seemed to completely disappear."
Godric turned to face the wizard, "I'm afraid that you need something far more terrifying than a vampire in this scenario. You need a mechanic."
