She almost flinched for the mention of Justine. She'd seen inside Thomas. She knew who held his heart, and his hand. She also knew that bringing her up and using her like a weapon like that could very well get her beloved mentor punched.
The wall wouldn't last. She knew that. She wasn't even going to try to reinforce it. It was a delay tactic to give them a little time. With each proverbial tick of the tock her strength was dwindling. She almost imagined an hourglass but didn't want a physical reminder.
