"I think I've had enough of these goddamn surprises York keeps throwing at us." Harry paused for a moment, then glanced over his shoulder at the angel. "Uh. No offense." When Castiel gave no response, he turned back to the wound. "Looks like an animal bite. Dog or wolf. I'm no expert, but I've seen wolf bites before. No real damage, though. Missed major muscles, veins, even the tendons."
The blood was mostly dry, though as he cleaned the wound the hard scab softened and fell off. Harry put up a hand, silently asking for a moment, and opened his Sight. It was only a quick look, since he didn't want to see anything other than the wound. He Looked long enough to make sure there were no traces of infection - supernatural infection, that was - before closing the Sight again.
"Looks clean in all the ways I can tell."
Wolf.
Dean figured there were probably actual wolves in Pennsylvania, though he'd never seen one. What he had seen was Teen Wolf, in the corn maze. And much as he hated to admit it, that kid hadn't struck him as the kind of guy to bite for no reason. He was saying he had control, things like that...
"Anybody... or anyTHING else around when you found her?" he asked.
Dean leaned over Jo and started to check her pockets. There wasn't anything in them.
He shut his eyes.
"Shit."
Jo was going to need a tattoo.
Castiel hesitated only a moment. "Another hunter. Ellen. I believe you know her."
Harry glanced back at the angel, then shook his head and looked at Dean. "You guys have a club or something? What are you looking for, her anti-demon whatever? If there's something that prevents demon possession, I'd sort of like to know about it. You know, once you're ready to share."
