Lindsey wasn't complaining about the fact they hadn't gone back to his motel; he was pretty sure Phaedra was about as shy and retiring as he was, and right now he was happy to do just about anything, as long as he got to be with her.
And he really needed to stop thinking thoughts like that. Distracting Phaedra was one thing - he was falling for his mark, and he knew it. He just...didn't care anymore.
He hopped out of the truck as it rolled to a halt, taking a deep breath. It was nice out here; peaceful.
"You wanna go for a walk?" He asked Phae. "Or sit in the back of the truck?"
