What? Jo wasn't expecting someone in here to tell her to get out. From the way the other woman was holding herself, well... Jo would bet good money that she wasn't just a civilian.
There was something eerily familiar about her, but Jo couldn't quite put her finger on it.
She didn't have the time to argue with anyone that yes she could handle herself just fine, but there was the off chance that she was just a civilian in which case Jo didn't want to cause a panic.
"Trust me, I've probably seen worse," she reassured the girl.
Then again, saying that out loud kind of felt like she was asking for trouble. Great.
