"I'm sorry about your parents," Murphy said, her voice softening with sympathy. She knew what it was to lose a parent. It hurt like hell and the only thing you could do is try to make to sense of it and get closure in regards to the reason they were dead.
She was still searching for that closure. After all these years of following her father's legacy into the darkness and chasing down the monsters that had most likely driven him to his death, she still hadn't quite found it.
"Who gave you the tip?" she asked, returning to her information-gathering mode.
If there was an informant, than there was perhaps a trail to follow. People rarely gave away their entire hand when it came to information. And in her experience, if it was someone other than a friend or an ally giving that information, they usually had an agenda of their own.
"The enemies of your parents, are they still in Romania? Do you know who they are?" she asked.
