"Thanks," she replied shortly, wiping sweat-damp hands on the sides of her jeans before daring to touch anything in the tent. She tucked her hands into the back pockets of her pants as she looked around, hands that were dextrous enough with weapons suddenly treacherous when exposed to breakable objects.
