That was impressive. The jumping off the car immediately thing. Dean wished half the people he knew listened to him that well. It was eerie.
She didn't know?
Dean opened his mouth to talk and just nodded along with her instead, as she explained herself. He'd had those nights. The smirk that ended up on his face would tell her as much. His night last night had been kind of... out of the ordinary, too.
Half of Dean wanted to just wish her luck and go on his merry way. The other half couldn't help but want to help. There was something... familiar about this girl. He couldn't explain it if his life depended on it, but something was just... right on the tip of his brain.
It was daylight, so that ruled out a lot of evil shit she could be. There was a silver chain around her neck, so that ruled out more. She was probably human and probably telling the truth.
"Okay. I can't help anyone even tie their shoes till I get some coffee. So we're gonna go do that." He nodded at the passenger side door of the Impala. "Get in. This isn't a good place to not know how your night went. Maybe caffeine'll make the pieces fit for you, too."
