Both. It's-- there are phases. It's harder in the mornings, when I've first woken up, or if I'm really overwhelmed, which has happened so much since I got here. I have pages that I read in the mornings to remind myself of the basics, like who I am. Most of the time, the more physical things aren't as hard for me. I can still string a bow most of the time, for example. But I forgot how to write very briefly the other day, so even that is shaky.
I try to write down as much as I can as long as I can remember it. Since I [...] came back, I measure progress by how long it takes me to recall things. Some things take a lot less time than others. But I still have moments where I remember absolutely nothing. They don't last very long, but [...] they're terrifying.
